Did you try GILL? In Maughold and Lezayre Killey and Gill were interchangeable. There are entries in "defuncts" as Killey whose will then appears as Gill, or vice versa. In Maughold censuses a family may be under Gill in one, and Killey in the next - but in the IOM was rarely confused with Kelly, because of the pronounciation of Killy/Killey as "Killya" (so I'm told).
