I'd like to thank every body who responded to my original posting on Thomas Cottier in February, you were all most helpful, but Sue in particular I must thank for steering me in the right direction and I have now, through my local Family History centre been able to sort out his true parents, I've now got a list of people to follow so I think I'll be spending quite some time there.
