Can anybody offer advise as to what to do next.
I am looking for a couple Constance Mary and Percy Lionel Collingwood. They married on the island in 1911 and lived in Ramsay.
There last known address being:
The house was named originally Woodgate and it was on Beaumont Rd. in Ramsey. A well off stock broker retired and moved across the street and put his mother up in Percy's house. The mother didn't like the name and it was renamed Thurot.
Myself and another relative have spent over two years trying to find this couple (who were childless). I have spent a small fortune looking for them including the use of a researcher. All the usual avenues have been searched and it was even suggested they may have had a name change. However today new evidence has shown they were alive and kicking 1930's/1940'son the Island through a photograph received. They were born 1881 and 1886. I don't know where to look next - does anybody know who has the later deaths/burials/cremation records.
Thanks Michele
