Yes it was the 1851 census of Lonan. If Balladrine was the same as Baldrine there seem to be two separate places called that in Lonan. However 1851 places are irrelevant to your 1833 search, when you know the place where a William Waterson was living much closer to the date. (The only adult WW in Lonan in 1841, so he looks possible to be the right one.)
His age was given as 30 in 1841 (rounded), and 50 in 1851 - a big difference - but he has the same family. He was b.Malew.
