Elizabeth Ann may have died young. Could this be her?

I can't see a burial for her sister, Mary Frances b 1881 . If mother Mary Frances died very soon after baby Mary Frances's birth, it's possible ( or probable ?) that the baby didn't survive.

What were the chances of a motherless newborn surviving in those days ?
