I am still recovering from the knowledge that my g grandfather married twice and had 2 children by his first marriage. Now I am wondering what happened to those girls? Presumably they died as they didn't live with him and his 4 daughters by his second marriage? (to my knowledge?) And I assume his first wife died as divorce was not that big then. So, can anyone help me find out PLEASE what happened to Elizabeth Ann Spence b. 1880 and Mary Frances Spence b. 1881 (their mother was Mary Corrin who married my g. granddad, J J Spence. I'd love to know what happened to them as they would have been my g aunts - Olive Spence (J J's daughter by his second marriage being my grandmother).

Many thanks for any help that anyone can give me. I know nothing about them at all, just that they were born in Douglas and who their parents were. A nice juicy scandalous divorce would be great!
