I should have put this in yesterday's message -----
Your g g grandfather, Thomas Fayle, farmer, may not have been alive when his son Thomas married Ellen Cain in 1847 ( it wouldn't necessarily have said "deceased" on the marriage entry ) And he may not have been alive at the time of the 1841 census.
In which case, what I put in yesterday's message wouldn't apply. The theory that your g g grandfather might have been Thomas Fayle of Ballig only applies if he hadn't died before 1841.
