and now I know that Christopher Looney (the Father) was a Farmer,
at first I thought that Mary Kelly might have been from my Lonan Kelly's, as on the 1861 Census they are in Lonan, Thomas and Mary A. Looney are living next door to, John Kelly the Blacksmith,

I can understand the "both in humble circumstance" part, as Christopher Looney (the Father) died in 1834 and Elizabeth Kneale (the Mother) died in 1837 so it must have been very hard going for them,
