John Quail family

The family of John Quail (a tailor/draper) immigrated to Liverpool, Lancashire from the Isle of Man sometime in the late 1790s.

I have heard the IGI entries for the island are very complete but I haven't found John's family/kids listed there. Can someone help me find them please? Thanks! Jessica

They consisted of the following individuals:

John Quail m. Ann
Ann born 17 March 1778 Isle of Man
Esther
John
Thomas
Elizabeth

Hi Gloria,

I found this thread looking back in the search records here. Go to search, back 92 months and type in Quail for all words, it has a lot of queries, perhaps you might find some help there. I too had an ancestor who married a Quail on the island, my query in the last in the string. I don't think that we have a connection but the one I pulled for you might line up, if not there are others there to check.

Good luck and kind regards
