Quayle has been the near universal spelling of the Manx name since mid 18th century (use of Quail(e) would appear to have died out by 1735 and only used in Malew for some years before this date) - Quail in Liverpool usually indicated an Irish background.
There is no manx marriage between a Quayle + a Grace ... that would match - Grace is a very rare Manx name post 1750.
