In the name of God Amen

I John Quine Barber of Peeltown being sick and

and Weak in Body but of sound & Disposing mind and

Memory at the making hereof do make this my Last

Will and Testament in manner following ___

Imprimis I Commit my soul to God and my Body

to Christian Burial___

Item I Leave Devise and Bequeath unto my Two Children

VIZ. John & Ann Quine the sum of sixteen Pounds

Sixteen Shillings British (which said sum being at present

in Interest in the hands of Thomas Kermod of sd. town

of Peel) to be possesed by them as soon as the come to

Age And in case that Either of them should depart this Life

before the come to Age then it is to go unto the Other of them

said Children And if Both of them said Children should

Die before the come to Age that then it is to go unto my

Wife Marsha Quine alis Maxwell she to see them Buried

decently out of said money _ _ Notwithstanding the said

money to be kept on Interest for the use of said Children untill

they Come to Age

Item I Leave Devise and Bequeath unto my Wife Marsha

Quine alis Maxwell my Silver Watch but in case she

should marry again it is to go unto my son John Quine

And in case he my said son should Die before he

Comes to Age it is to go to the next a Kin on my side

Item I Leave Devise and Bequeath unto my Brother

Robert Quine my Common Wearing Clothes VIZ One

Blue coat two pair of Trousers One pair of Breeches two

Waistcoats one of them Blue And the other Plad And two

Pair of Woolen stockings

Item I Leave Devise and Bequeath unto my Brother

new

William Quine my Best Clothes VIZ One ^ Blue

Coat & One new stripe Waistcoat he to pay one Guinea

Unto the Exor. For the same __

Item I Leave Devise and Bequeath unto my Loving Father

Robert Quine One pair of coderoy Breeches And

A pair of half Boots

Lastly I Noinate And Appoint my Loving Wife Marsh…

of Law and also to be Guardian & Supervisor

of the Testator’s said Children who are under

Age and hath given Pledges for the Payment

of Debts & Legaacies namely the Witnesses

of the Will. _____

Robert Quine Grandfather of the said

Children by their Father’s Side, and Thomas

Maxwell their Grandfather by their Mother’s

Side are also sworn their Guardians

and Supervisors. _______
