To all my dear lady friends and helpers.
Thanks for all your input. The mystery has been solved. I received Ethel Kennaugh"s death certificate and all now make sense.
My Ethel was born in Barrow on 11-11-07 and died in Barrow My Ethel died 3-11-09. Place of death was 4 Earle Street in Barrow. Ethel is the daughter of William Kennaugh, a ship's painter, who died of paint lead poisoning in Birkenhead on 3-6-13 and is buried at Kirk Braddan, IOM. (ST. Brendan's Cemetery) The "other Ethel " at Kirk Braddan is not "my Ethel."
My Ethel died of dentition and broncho pneumonia at age 15 months. Her father, William, was in attendance at the time of death.
Barbara has informed me in prior mails that she was buried in a common grave at Barrow Bor Cemetery on 3/15/09 in Section 12 3372.
I cannot find anything online about this cemetery and need help in it's location (address), hours and a contact person. CAN YOU LADIES HELP ME OUT ON THIS ONE? Also, the name on the roll (per Barbara) as to ownership of 4 Earle (or Earl?) Street was something other than "Kennaugh." I need to know the name on the roll...it may be very useful to me.
My wife, daughter and I are leaving for out trip to England and IOM on 4/28. We would love to meet you. We will be there 4/28 - 5/13. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks for all your kind help. Answers to the questions above are greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
William Kennaugh
