it's easier for others to understand your posts if you follow conventional English punctuation! - the comma ',' and the ' have two completely different uses - the first to indicate two related clauses in one sentence (or components within a list); the second to indicate possession or abbreviation and also to quote items.
To return to query - I can't find a King's court in Douglas, but there would appear to be one in Ramsey (it's still there as can be found in current telephone directory as well as the 1881 directory)
