My family go back many generations in the Isle of Man. My ggg.granparents were John Isedale and Catherine Kelly c 1790 both born in Douglas. I have managed to trace many of my direct line with the help of professionals, LDS, Brian Lawson and the close community I was surprised to find available for fledgling geneaologists. However, I feel the need to visit the Island I remember from childhood, to look at and to verify the information that I have and to find all of those cousins xxx removed!! I particularly want to find the ancestors of John Caine, c 1852 born Ramsey who was my g,grandfather. I believe that his line should go back many more generations. Apart from that, I want to look at the hard evidence. The internet makes for a lazy researcher!! Thanks again, Diane
