never tried - there is I believe there is provision for wifi in the lecture rooms at the other end of the building - the museum still use microfiche for IGI and the standard microfilm readers are too close together to allow comfortable use of a laptop (power sockets for which are limited) - make sure all you need is on your laptop + bring a notebook! - there are internet cafes in Douglas.
