I know his father Wm Henry Halsall was born in Liverpool - but his parents were Manx born. William Henry Halsall second wife Sarah Randale Kelly was also of parents who were from the Isle of Man. William also married a lady called Betty Bridson and they went to live in the Isle of Man.
