I’m following the Cretney tree and have your Thomas C (b Oct 1780) married Elizabeth Moore on 13th Dec 1803 @ Lezayre I O M.
I have a record of her will (see attached) naming Matthew Moneypenny as executor of Elizabeth’s will in Ramsey I O M Nov 1832.
I assume you are descended from this side of the family.

At a Chapter Court, holden at Ramsey 16 November 1832

Elizabeth Cretney of the Parish of K. K. Christ Lezayre having departed this life on or about the third day of September last post Interstate; and this court having received intelligence thereof, hath (for the preservation of the rights of all Persons concerned) DECREED Matthew Moneypenny (husband of Elizabeth Deceadent’s daughter)
in trust for administrator - ---- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
of all and singular the Goods, Rights, Credits, Chattels, and Effects, moveable and immoveable whatever of the Deceadent. And he the said
Matthew Moneypenny is x x x
Thereupon sworn, well and truly to administer the same, to pay all the Interstate’s just Debts, so far forth as the Goods will extend and the Law bind; and return into the EPISCOPAL REGISTER a full, true, and perfect Inventory thereof, and an accurate Account of all Transactions, touching the same when thereunto lawfully require.
The said Matthew Moneypenny is Sworn, Guardian and Supervisor Of Decendent’s son Thomas who is under age.
