Is Anna Kneale on the 1891 census (RG12; Piece 4682; Folio 25; Page 4) the same as the Susanna Watt listed on the 1871 census (RG10; Piece 5771; Folio 17; Page 17 - GSU Roll 895840) Their repective ages seem to match.

I was not able to find Anna Kneale or Susanna Watt(s) in the 1881 census.

I did locate Lily living with her grandmother in the 1901 census (RG13; Piece 5306; Folio 123; Page 9 - Patrick)

I also did find a Anna Sutch in the English 1901 census (RG13; Piece: 3510; Folio: 9; Page 10) listed with a daughter Sarah Neal - Anna & Sarah both born on the Isle of Man - rest of family from England; was wondering if this "Anna or Susanna" married a Kneale first and then married this Robert Sutch from England - or if her children (Sarah & Lily Kneale) were born out of wedlock to a Kneale & than married this Robert Sutch.
