It was suggested that because this was the only burial signed by E Ferrier, Govt Chaplin for several months around 14 Feb 1864 that this was most unusual. The rest of the burials on the page that I have a copy of were signed by W Gill, Vicar.
My Researcher did think that perhaps E Ferrier had been relieving W Gill for a time but this is the only burial he performed. Odd?
