Peter, if you are looking for Andrew's parents, wouldn't it be better to start at this end? You say Andrew LYNCHEY'S mother (a widow) was transported to Australia. What date, and to which state? What was her name? When did she receive her ticket of leave, and when did she die? Didn't the shipping record give her age and other details? If after the start of civil registration her death cert should give her husband's name, and her maiden name, etc. Convict records are usually very detailed, both before and after transportation.
