James Quine of Onchan is a possibility, however my Great Grandfather always stated on his later UK Liverpool census forms 1891 & 1901 that he was born IOM Laxey. I will keep searching.

Intresting note 1891 census age given 28 and in 1901 age given 35.
Reason probably because in 1894 he married a younger 2nd wife she was 21 he gave his age as 28 when really should have been 31.
