Thanks for the information. Greatly appreciated. Len, you're correct on many counts. Vera came from my typing mistake (Constance Vera was her daughter). And it was thanks to your efforts to an earlier query of mine that I learned she had married Ernest Gelling in Liverpool. Thanks again. I believe her parents to be Thomas Corlett and Catherine Moore thru information gathering, ie. census records, etc. Have yet to obtain her birth registration, though. She was married to Albert Pickard prior to Ernest Gelling. Albert and Constance were my great grandparents. I suspect she may have been married once prior to Albert. The birth registration for their daughter Constance Vera Pickard lists father as Albert Pickard, mother as Constance Mary Pickard formerly Clague. The only way this would work was if she had been married prior to Albert Pickard. The Pickard family 1881 at Hill Street is my family. Again, thanks for the information.
