Just a suggestion about future workshops, it may be more feasible for people to collaborate using online meeting tools such as Microsoft Live Meeting. For live meeting the cost is US$.35 a minute for a one time use with unlimited users. It's also much easier to schedule than trips to the Isle of Man (and cheaper too!) You only need an internet browser and a telephone. Everyone phones in at the scheduled time and can post pictures, data files and whatever else they want. It's very simple to use.
