just checked IGI - Flaxney Stowell appears ch 22 MAY 1812 Malew, parents Richard + Eliz Cannell - the record claims to be from Parish Reg (ie the 1911 transcript) though as you say Quayle appears to be missing - Quayley and Flaxney are always described as brothers never half brothers
