Desendants of John Quayle and Ann Jane Looney

My grandmother was born on the IOM in 1890. She immigrated first to Canada and then to the U.S. where she married my grandfather and had three children, the youngest of which is my father.

My parents, sister, cousin, husband and I will visit the IOM August 8-18, 2003. We would like to know if any family still resides there.

Here's some information. Much of it is anecdotal, since many older relatives are now deceased.

John Quayle married to Ann Jane Looney
Residence in 1890:
17 New Bond Street
Douglas, IOM

Their children were:

Eleanor Quayle born Douglas IOM in 1890

Kate Quayle (husband Marshall Cleator)No children

It is believed that John Quayle’s second marriage produced the following children:

Jack Quayle - (daughters Peggy Cain and Ada Brew)

Ada (Babs) Quayle (husband Jim Lindsay, daughter Carole who had a year old daughter in 1972, son Jimmie Lindsay who emigrated to Canada and daughter June Clucas who lived near London in 1972 and had three young children, Allyson, Helen & Andrew)

We would appreciate help in locating our IOM family.
