As I recall there is also a set of films that have "missing years". That set was particularly helpful when dealing with a parish such as Marown where the regular set of films had a period with no recordings, around 1790-1810 or so. I was able to find some christenings, marriages and burials that were instrumental in sorting out a Cain(e) line there.
