Sorry, I see from your postings elsewhere that you already knew that...
When I looked at Dick in the Census I saw he lived next to Charles & Priscilla and I see you know who they are too - parents. So, looking up Charles on the IGI brings up parents as being William Corlett & Elinor Caine of Kirk Michael. Charles was christened 27 Feb, 1820. William Corlett and Eleanor Caine married 17 Jun 1809 Kirk Michael. It also brings up a link to a passenger list on Frances' site for the Chili:
"According to the article by W.K. Serjeant in the Journal of the Manx Museum this was the ship 'chartered' by the Corlett and Cannell families. An account of the voyage is available. Examing the manifest indicates that some 25, mainly weavers, with non-manx names were on board. I have listed only the Manx families
(indicated as farmers) - all were from Kirk Michael"
You'll find him on the list. My Corletts are from Ballaugh, but maybe there are some Kirk Michael Corlett's around the board..
Kindest regards,
Barbara
