Re: Queen's Own West Kent Yeomanry???

Royal West Kent Regt. Badge is described as --The White Horse of Kent-
upon a scroll inscribed 'INVICTA'(UNDEFEATED)Below another scroll insribed
-Royal West Kent. This is the badge of the regular infantry regt. The West Kent
Yeomanry(volunteers)Hussars had a similar badge but did not have the bottom scroll insribed Royal West Kent. The King's Regiment Liverpool Who had close ties to the I-O-M is described such - Badge- The White Horse of Hanover-below on a scroll The title 'KINGS' in Old English script - The badges are very similar though the 'KINGS' Hanoverian Horse has not as upright a stance as the Kent horse -Pity you can't make out the inscribed scrolls regards
