I can only surmise that Thomas Cretney's cottage was probably on the land where Mill Race Cottage now stands as his 1881 census entry was next door to the Post Office and that appears next to Kella Mill on the map you kindly provided. Do you know whether there was a Mill Street in Sulby in 1861? I have found a Mill Road leading to Claddaugh Mill by Sulby Bridge. This was the entry for Thomas in 1861. Thanks again for your help.
