the dates in the above seem very confused.
The surviving parish records of Maughold date from 1649 - those of Lezayre (an adjacent parish which contain Milntown) date only from 1695 thus no support for any of the assertions. The Christian family has attracted many rather dodgy histories - events dated 'abt' are generally pure invention.

One study of the Christian family is "The Yesterdays behind the Door" by Mrs Hicks Beach - a decendant of the family published in 1956 can give some of the background - there was a bonfire of the muniment room at Milntown by a misguided descendant in the mid 19th C so many documents about the family have been lost.
