Hi Frances, here is some additional details: Deemster Ewan Christian born 1579 at Milntown Lezaye. He was the son of William Christian and Mabel Curwen. He married Katherine Harrison c1599 and died Sept 1655 at Ronaldsway Malew.
He had a son, amongst other children, Deemster John Christian b Aug 1 1602 at Milntown, died 1673 at Kirk Lonan. He married Margaret Parker on Aug 31 1622.
What I need to confirm is that John and Margaret are the parents of Margery 1625-1650. A different source has her living until 1671 when she died in Wethersfield, Connecticut USA. She married George Chapel in 1640.
