A brief addendum - Mildred’s married name was FAHNSTOM – not Fainstrom. She was born in Galva 1901 – 1902 to Charles Albert and Sophie(a) Cottier Craine. Indications are Charles Albert was born 1862 to Charles and Margaret Bell Craine in Lezayre Parish, Likely Sulby.

Looks like Charles migrated to the States in 1889 – Sophie 1892.
