the book has Christian(who m Robt Fell) as dau of John Arthur + Margt Kennaugh - this is extremely unlikely as his 2nd wife Ann Karran d 1743/4 thus any ch by 3rd marr would be in mid teens at latest by a marriage in 1759 - the Author Margt Kelly had not researched Bishops transcripts where the marr to Cath Corcan/Corkan is entered not Cath's will naming child Christian

She also I think wrongly matches the Arthur families of a Thomas merchant and the much humbler Arthurs family that can be found in Malew from 1650s eg Hu Arther is watchmen at Castle Rushen in 1683 list of soldiers
