Here is a part transcription of the document, if that helps narrow things down a bit. Ultimately, I would really like to determine which of a few possible John Kneens the original purchaser (from William Callow) was. I have a leaning towards one, but nothing to verify so far.

Sale. John Kneen and Margaret Kneen, his wife, to Edward Christian. A house and premises in the town of Ramsey. Deed ref.: MS 09494/1849/03/062. (Deed requisition book entry: L 22639/1/2078.)
Deed date: 24 February 1836
"... sell unto Edward Christian of Ballure his Heirs Executors and Assigns All and Singular a certain Dwelling House and Backside within said Town of Ramsey which I the said John Kneen inheritted from my late Father John Kneen who inheritted it from his Father John Kneen who purchased it from William Callow of the said Town Carpenter by Deed dated 20 April 1752 and who purchased it from Captain Nicholas Christian of Ramsey by Deed dated the 12 January 1739 as may appear by reference to the said Deeds respectively being Intack and of the annual Lords Rent of three half pence as settled upon the same by the Great Inquest on the 7 April 1752 bounded on the South by the Quarterland of Ballure on the North by the Rent of John Sayle on the West by the public street and on the East by the sea shore."
