ah! - you have misunderstood a badly mormonised title - St Marks is a chapel of ease to Malew and some of the Bapts + marriage info is found in the Malew register thoburials are in a specific register for St Marks - the title refers to what would be called the Parish register of Malew but because it contained some info re St Marks the mormons used their own title in preference to that employed on Island (after all what do those natives know)
