looking thro my cd which has lib vas for 1656-1704 note that in 1668 and 8d cottage rent in Castletown was equally shared by Xpher(christophr) Tubman and Humphrey Tubmnan, Chris's share went to Tho Tubman shoemaker and Humphrey's to his son Thomas Tubman joiner
- he is given an extra 1d rent taken from his neighbour whose fire damages Tho the joiner's property

in 1689 the 4d owned by a thomas tubman (looks like Chris's son as hump's had 5d by now) went to John Brew + wife Ann by will of father Tho + wife Elenr (tho I placed a ? against this name)

in 1702 that deed of gift by tho + wife elinor is seen as the transfer of 8d cottage from john to Jo Parr + wife Jane

I'm somewhat confused but now have spent too long on it
