There is in epis wills a joint Deed of Gift dated 13 May 1682 by John Tubman + wife Elinor giving all their possessions to dau Jaine which is accepted by decree dated 17 Jun 1684 as will of Jon Tubman in Arbory - Ellinor (unnamed surname agrees to this) but by decree of court dated 2 Jun 1685 (in Arbory) Elinor must be dead as deed + her agreement accepted as will of Elinor alias Whetstone

Arbory registers deficient between 1670 + 1729 (no marr or burials before 1729)

The 1689 John has a decree - d 14 Jan [?1689]Bowling Green;unmarried children Thomas, John + Dorothy (out of Island) jt admrs - all at age; wife alive (but unnamed)
