Thanks for overlaying Google Maps - I outlined parcel 1IT in red today on Woods. Matches yours perfectly, plus shows a property near Blue Point. Just as Thomas Tear described in 1888. 3 properties according to the Deed, one called "the Gatt bordered on the north by the Ayre" and the south by a property owned by John Kneen (an ancestor of yours?). Also fits the other parcels well, described as bordering north and south of "The Kings Highway". All next to Ballathona. In fact, several surnames of owners mentioned as neighbors in the Deed are the same families listed in Woods. Circumstantial, but convincing I think.

Sadly, there seems to be nothing left of the buildings ca. 1801-1826. The largest parcel - the one you circled in red on the Google Maps - now has a modern house on it, apparently called Ballalaugh and previously owned by the late Sir Norman Wisdom. (Sorry, as a third generation Californian, I had never heard of him). Funny, while the 3 properties seemed to sell in 1826 for around £260, that one parcel now goes for about £1MM+! Sounds like prices in San Francisco!
