Per Manx Notebook this Quayle family emigrated to US on the Chili in 1830
So Catherine was NOT the one buried in 1818.

Catherine Quaile, 46;Wm Quaile, 21; John Quaile, 18; Thos Quaile 16; Jane Quaile 12; Catherine Quaile 6; Ann Quaile 3
This is John Quayle and Catherine Moughtin married 2 Jan 1803 at Jurby; children christened at Kirk Michael (though have not yet found Wm and John in the IGI)"

Also, if this is correct she probably was born in 1784 or so
