!EPISCOPAL WILL Rushen 1761 FHL Film #0106385:
a sheep and lamb.
Lastly He nominated constituted and appointed his loving wife Elizth
Waterson als Skillicorn sole executorix of all the rest of his goods and
effects moveable and immoveable and further declared that if any of his
said children should dye his will was that the said child's part of goods
or legacy should fall to his said wife or his executrix before mentioned
and deprived all other person from claiming any right to his goods by six
pence legacy each that might pretend to the same.

At a Chapter Courtholden at Castletown June 3d 1761
The executrix is sworn in court in form of law, and the children being all
under age excepting Rose Waterson the eldest daughter she is sworn
supervisor of the said children and doth hereby consent that the goods
and tuition of the said children who are under age be committed to the
executrix their mother who is to bring in an inventory of the
husbandrygeers and for that forth coming of the said childrens goods as also for the payment of debts and legacies hath given in pledges namely
