Paul Kelly was an early property developer in Douglas - I have wills of him , his 1st wife Mary Cannell + 2nd wide Rose Cannell als waterson + all the many deeds, mortgages + finally the chancery court sorting out his debts but I don't know anything about his parentage - hoping that someone might have done some work but no obvious match I can see - his will talks about a half sister Elizabeth who married Peter Holland (in 1785 - one child so she was born post 1740)
