I'm still trying to get my head around the transfers - to confuse matters the 1st two qtrlands in Allia Raby both have 19s 4d chief rent - Ballakilley is the 2nd in sequence the first is I think Ballaverane - in 1630 Tho Moore held Ballakilley with Finlo Claoge (marked as to be drawn in next book) + Jo Cloage held Ballaverane
Going back to 1585 John Moore held Ballakilley(a John Moore was there in 1572) and Finlo Cloage Ballaverane
Thus the moores had held Ballakilley for several generations thus should pass down by heir at law - could Philip Moore have married a daughter of Tho the gfa - if no issue before death of the Moore wife then Phill Moore would be holding half by widowright with other half going back to next of kin on side that brought the land into the marriage - Phill would certainly have reamrried but the children of this and any 3rd marriage would have no rights to the land
