Lionel C. Thank you for that information. Charles Seymour was born in Illinois January 1863. I was just informed Charles had a sister named maud. I've seen the marriage record of Henry and Rachel Clark before but have never found anything about rachel whatsoever! I think she might have died young and Henry married another woman from Missouri, Jane Glendenning. It seems George, Henry Cannell's brother and John and elinors son, came to the U.S. also. He was in the civil war and married Charles Seymour Cannell's mother in law and Margaret rays mother (George was her third husband). He died in Kansas. The Cannell's seemed to get around a lot- Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Michigan....I'm having a hard time keeping up with all their tracks! But thank you both for that info!
