I suspect the Braddan burial is more likely - no obvious reason why she should go miles for a new husband - I think the Ballaugh Margt was als Cannell + wife of John(homy) Corlett - her will - dated 27 sep 1806;ch jane, ann,elizth,john(if he comes);husb john exor [?bapt for elizth].
I did try to follow up on the Braddan burial mystery - the newspaper report matches the burial on 4 Mar 1834 but the actual register has age 15 - no other Thos Corkill burial near this date in Douglas - one suggestion is that the parish clerk on entering the info (at that time burial was performed by relatives) misheard the age 57 became 15
