We (by whom I mean the moderators) have only removed postings when they fell into 3 categories - spam, obscene or highly insulting posts or those whose removal was requested by the original poster (tho such removal often is very tedious and causes much disruption to innocent postings which can be wrenched out of context) - otherwise postings are left to stand so you are welcome.

There was I understand a submitted DNA sample to the Cain single name project based in Australia some years back that according to the person running that site was from the Patrick Cain line that you also refer to (I've no idea who supplied the sample) - the said owner made significant play of this sample as in his opinion it was the first such that showed a link between the Irish Kane/Cains and the Manx demonstating that some Irish Cains had settled in Man. I havn't however checked that this is still an active project or that the posting is still on line as I was sent the info by another person at the time some years ago you were active on the board.
