Thanks . As mentiomed I have no idea who the parents of my Ann Mylrea were. I see you have a Philip a stone mason D'las 1793 -1861. His son Thomas who md Margaret Cowin at Braddan had the dau Ann bap Dec 1822. I have wondered before if that could be the Ann & I read from your research that her mother Marg came from Malew. The burial for the Ann Kelly (nee Mylrea) is in 1854 aged 34. The other Ann I mentioned 2 days ago in a message who died before 1861 census was actually Ann Shimmin so it's not her after all ! I have seen in MM on IOM that a John Kelly did marry an Ann Mylrea in 1844 & he later md Jane Ritson & continued having chn !.. However, I am descended from his first wife Ann. Will be really interested to hear if you manage to sort out the Malew Mylreas as Ann might be one of them & not one from further north. It was really interesting reading all your info on the Mylreas as no doubt all related from way back.
