Patrick Kelly (John - Catherine Cowin, Thomas - Isabel Clague, John - Margaret Skillicorn, Nicholas - Mary Harrison, William - Alice Qualtrough) was baptized May 9, 1822, and buried at Lonan, January 23, 1850, age 27. Patrick, 25, son of John Kelly, smith, married, at Lonan, September 17, 1848, Ann Garrett, daughter of Matthew Garrett, laborer. She was baptized at Lonan, September 1, 1822, and was buried at Lonan, March 1, 1860, “Ann Skillicorn, Laxey Glen, 37.”
Ann (Garrett) Kelly married second, at Lonan, December 14, 1851, John Skillicorn, son of James and Ann (Callow) Skillicorn. He was baptized at Lonan, October 3, 1819. John Skillicorn, of Ballagare, age 73, was buried at Lonan, June 19, 1893. He had married first, at Lonan, May 20, 1843, Margaret Kermode, daughter of William Kermode, farmer.

John and Ann Skillicorn lived at Ballagare.

Children of Ann Garratt and John Skillicorn: baptized at Lonan

iv. Joseph Skillicorn, “son of John and Ann Skillicorn near the brewery”, was baptized May 23, 1852. He is probably the Joseph Skillicorn, a servant with Eleanor Kermode at Ballagare, in 1871.

v. Jemima Skillicorn was baptized August 21, 1853. She married Robert William Clague.

vi. Eleanor Skillicorn was baptized December 3, 1854.

vii. Catherine Jane Skillicorn was baptized March 21, 1856.

viii. Elizabeth Maria Skillicorn was baptized September 13, 1857.

+ 9. ix. Edward Charles Skillicorn was baptized November 14, 1858. He married, at Lonan, May 20, 1882, Anne Jane Kewley. Child: Harold Oswald Skillicorn baptized at Lonan, 1906.
