I have found Thomas Higgins in 1871 Census, Liverpool, Toxteth Park.(last entry on page)

Can't find Thomas or Annie in 1891 Census.

1901 Census Annie Higgins (Married) with more Children - can't find Thomas.

1911 Census Annie Higgins same address as on 1901 Census - can't find Thomas.

Thomas and Annie together on the 1881 Census, I searched the 1871 Census for an Annie born 1856 Worcester, Worcestershire and found.
