Always thorght Taggart/MacTaggart was originally Scotts,Lots of them in Malew.You never really hear about a welsh conection Even thow i think im right in saying they had kingship over Man very early on.but it dont really hear that in manx names or place names.As i assume they would have had some of their people in place?
