Re. "Anyone any ideas where or how I can find the wedding to a Clarke.." I think you need to first find out all you can from known existing records, such as the details on her marriage cert which Mary M found, if you don't already have this:

You can buy the cert from the Registry: www.gov.im/registries/general/civilregistry/ (see "Contacts" at the top, if you are not in the IOM).
